Mange virksomheder t\u00f8ver med at skifte IT-systemer, da virksomhedens drift er dybt afh\u00e6ngig af, at alle IT systemer fungerer \u2013 uden afbrydelser eller nedetid. Derudover kan det virke som en uoverskuelig og \u00f8konomisk dyr opgave, da de fleste virksomheder gennem \u00e5rene har implementeret flere forskellige systemer. <\/p>\n

For Morantis vedkommende var det ikke anderledes, da vi november sidste \u00e5r besluttede os for, at opgradere og \u00e6ndre hele IT-platformen. En k\u00e6mpe opgave, hvor hele 9 systemer skulle samles i \u00e9t. <\/p>\n

Valget faldt p\u00e5 Lytzen IT som IT-leverand\u00f8r, der udover hele migreringen ogs\u00e5 skulle tage h\u00f8jde for, at vi har \u00e5bent 24\/7 \u2013 \u00e5ret rundt.<\/p>\n

Valget faldt p\u00e5 Cisco platformen af flere forskellige \u00e5rsager;<\/p>\n

  • \u2022 Det har alle de funktioner et professionelt konktakt- og servicecenter har behov for<\/li>\n
  • \u2022 Det er fleksibelt med flere forskellige moduler, der kan til- og frav\u00e6lges<\/li>\n
  • \u2022 Det er b\u00e5de bruger- og milj\u00f8venligt<\/li>\n
  • \u2022 Og ja \u2013 s\u00e5 er det ranket som det bedste system i verden af<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    I processen valgte vi ligeledes, at skifte hosting partner og implementere NAV 2016, som har en direkte snitflade til Cisco.<\/p>\n

    Det har v\u00e6ret en l\u00e6rerig proces og nu \u2013 her 3 m\u00e5neder efter – er systemet i fuld drift og har genereret flere fordele end vi umiddelbart havde forventet.<\/p>\n

    S\u00e5 det har v\u00e6ret det hele v\u00e6rd \u2013 og til sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let. Vil jeg g\u00f8re det igen? <\/p>\n
