Our IT and tech supporters share a strong technical flair and the ability to assist people with challenges without losing focus. While their backgrounds vary, they all have a genuine passion for IT and technology — often also as a hobby. We typically recruit from IT and tech companies, IT departments, and even from the gaming community.
Emergency and surveillance tasks demand calmness, empathy, and the ability to stay in control in critical situations. We recruit profiles with strong personal impact, often from backgrounds such as firefighters, EMTs, soldiers, or craftsmen.
We handle a wide range of financial tasks such as collections, invoice inquiries, insurance repayments, and card services. Our employees combine trustworthiness and authority with strong financial understanding, and we often recruit from the financial sector, leasing, counseling, and tax departments.
Back-office includes a wide range of tasks, all handled through written communication. Our team must master various dialogue methods and templates while excelling in clear, precise writing and analytical thinking.
